Knot

I wanted to bend a fence.
Primarily the knot was about the making, about my first time MIG welding. This was a very involved process, about two weeks' worth of 7 hour work days. I learnt a lot, and I felt my techniques were changing every day.

This kind of fence seems to show up everywhere in areas of post-industrial decay. Often, with their menacing sharp points, they are guarding something completely worthless, and I think there's something surreal about that.
